Against Herbalife, the cult pyramid

It's amazing what you can do the vocabulary nurtured the perception of people.

At the table we were served a bland tea supposedly energizing. That would be followed by dinner rather emaciated. Exhibitor

"People need nourishment yes or yes?" With that question, obvious answer, was based on exposure (ie brainwashing) of "counselor." What followed was a string of cliches, interspersed obvious answer more questions and the crutch "if you?". In between, named a Nobel laureate who is part of Herbalife's advisory committee, a former Disney CEO coxcombs and several more.
This type uses techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in a subtle and clearly studied, firing questions that anyone would answer yes, then insert statements of dubious moral advantage that all fall into the automatic answer yes. Thus, the unsuspecting guests settle to anything he says.

dialogue with the "herbaliano"

Among the members of the "community" had a tall, well dressed, speaking of Herbalife with a religious fervor. I then decided to ask some questions.

Me: Do these products have any contraindications?
Herbaliano: No, no. Because this is just food, not drugs. Moreover if a little boy go and eat all these dishes (points to about 30 pills on the table) is not going to pass anything wrong, because they are pure nutrients.

Reflection: Any informed person knows that until the water is deadly if consumed in excess. So I was not sure whether this "herbaliano" is a liar or just ignorant.

Me: If I want to choose to have a 50% gain What is the minimum investment?
Herbaliano: Look, do not worry about those things. Here the important thing is that anyone can become a distributor, so it is important going to the seminar ($ 21,000), to see that you too can make millions in no time.

Reflection: First a simple question directly and concisely, declined to give a direct answer. The next day my sponsor (the guy who invited me) told me, reluctantly, that the minimum amount is $ 2,300,000. Then he tried to soften the figure saying it could find partners or sponsor (trick) to others. But the other trick is not within my idea of \u200b\u200bentrepreneurship.

Me: "These products are approved by the FDA (regulatory body for food and drugs in the U.S.)?
Herbaliano: If in fact the U.S. is a Nobel laureate in medicine as part Herbalife's advisory committee and blah, blah, blah.

Reflection: Obviously not say that the evaluation of food is equal to that which applies to drugs. And they will never mention the number of questions that have arisen on these products in countries like USA, Colombia, Sweden, Spain.

I was tempted to continue hearing the "community herbaliana" (as defined by one of its members) attending the "Seminar" to be held two days later, but my spirit does not reporting to give 21 lucas (cost registration) to these hucksters.

Sponsors (deluded recruiters) often have wonderful stories of rapid enrichment, they left their careers to devote to sell smoothies. And the main argument, if not the only one, is money. This organization sells greed mixing pots.

not the first time I meet with these tactics of brainwashing. Years ago I participated in one of those meetings "entrepreneurial leaders" organized by the Foundation Mercator (Fernando Flores sound familiar?). Although in this meeting did learn useful things, I did the remove the cult of the dark character. The

herbalianos told me they have 30 years of experience, with presence in 70 countries, with a television, a of the most visited web pages and blah, blah, blah. But hey! I do not believe in Jesus Christ that has 2000 years of market presence, with the best marketing in the world, with many TV channels, if it even has two cities engaged in the marketing! So unless I can believe them a bunch of hucksters, liars, ignorant, greedy and immoral.
