EAT MEAT BECAUSE OF CUY
guinea pig meat characterized as a protein-rich meat (20%) while low in fat (7%), offering a range of nutritional benefits for those who consume it. Its low fat edible makes people suffering from obesity and cardiovascular disease (siempre y cuando su ingesta sea con moderación).
En definitiva, el consumo de los productos denominados "Light" and the obsession with thinness, are market conditions that have a growing and positive trend is likely to continue growing. Guinea pig meat should be considered as such, compared to other meats and this factor would be important for internationalization of Peru to the World.
Most of the meats in the market, we offer over 10% fat, in that sense the guinea pig meat is the healthiest option for the consumer means leaving without eating animal protein.
